企业增加注册资本
　　企业增加注册资本(简称增资),公司注册，是随着企业发展所需而追加资本的企业内部行为,注册公司。
　　增资情况有两种：一是原有注册资本仅到位20%的企业，余下的80%必须在两年内全部到位。另一种是原有注册资本和实际注册资本一致，需增加注册资本。
　　企业增资的方式也有两种：一是自行增加。二是民间代理融资增加。
增资所需资料：
1.营业执照正本原件
2.组织机构代码证正本原件
3.税务登记证正本原件
4.投资人身份证原件
5.开户许可证原件
6.股东会决议
7.老公司章程
8.新公司章程
9.新股东会决议
10.原验资报告复印件
11.近期报表
12.基本户印鉴章
13.有网上银行必须提供密码器及密码
